WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
We offer two types of shipping option FedEx and USPS first class mail which usually have a transit time of 3 to 5 business days and also offer USPS priority mailing which usually has a transmission time of 2 to 3 business days. All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after you place an order. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please make sure you enter your correct mailing address as once a package is being shipped; we cannot correct your mailing address and cant cancel the order. We are not responsible if the address you provided is not correct or if the shipping company cannot grant to the address you provide due to insufficient or incorrect information. We are not responsible and cannot refund for items purchased if someone steals your package from your residence or the place of delivery in which you provided during the time of order. International Orders and Shipping
Customers placing orders from outside the US are responsible for any and all import fees including but not limited to tax custom fees, import fees and or duty cost. Before you place an order, check with your current customs department. Please confirm with your custom department that the goods will be cleared by their department in accordance with their regulations. Once an international order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any fees, we will not refund the cost of shipping, or pay for any tax, duty or import fees that this order may have incurred. If the package arrived at your custom department and you decided that you do not want to pay the import fees/custom fees or taxes, the custom department of that country reserves the right to place a hold on your order and PhillGenX LLC (Klear2collection) will not be held responsible. If you reject the package or fail to pick up the package from your custom department or your delivery agent, the package will be returned to us. We will not reship your order nor issue a refund and your order will be cancelled.
